Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric outpatient clinic in Osceola United States. As a valued member of our collaborative healthcare team you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating children with speech language and swallowing disorders helping them overcome communication challenges and improve their quality of life.

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech language and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each childs specific needs and goals
  • Provide therapy services using evidence-based techniques and innovative approaches
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
  • Educate and support parents guardians and caregivers on home-based strategies and exercises
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records progress notes and treatment documentation
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in pediatric speech-language pathology and incorporate new techniques into practice
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinics services
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state license/certification in speech-language pathology
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in pediatric speech pathology preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated competency in applying principles methods materials and equipment used in speech therapy
  • Familiarity with a wide range of pediatric speech and language disorders
  • Experience with various assessment tools and therapeutic techniques for pediatric patients
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements in healthcare settings
  • Willingness to provide therapy services at our outpatient clinic with flexibility to accommodate patient needs
  • Passion for working with children and a patient empathetic approach to treatment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements
