Compensation: 

Youll earn based on collections with adaily guarantee as you settle into your role. As your patient base grows your earnings do toowith no ceiling on what you can achieve. 

Qualifications:

• Ability to delegate tasks effectively 
• Proactively manage performance expectations 
• Prioritization of competing commitments and initiatives 
• Ability to manage up across and down effectively 
• Strong verbal and written communication 
• Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine 
• State license and malpractice insurance 
• Willingness to comply with all local state and federal laws regarding dental and health care

Working Environment & Physical Requirements  

This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing sitting leaning and bending up to 8 hours a day. Will be required to carry transport and use tools and equipment. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
