Job Summary

Position: Airport Ground Staff Company: Bluespirit Location: Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh India Contract Details: Full-time We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff at Bluespirit in Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh. As a Ground Staff you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the airport providing excellent customer service to passengers and ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in baggage drop-off and boarding gates - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information on flight schedules delays and other relevant information - Assist passengers with special needs such as elderly or disabled individuals - Ensure the safety and security of the airport by conducting security checks on passengers and their luggage - Coordinate with other airport staff including pilots cabin crew and ground crew to ensure a timely departure of flights - Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized airport environment including the check-in area boarding gates and lounges - Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto aircraft - Follow all safety and security procedures as per airport regulations and company policies - Attend training and development programs to improve job knowledge and skills Requirements: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems is a plus - Fluency in English and Hindi both written and spoken - Must be a team player with a positive attitude We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for growth and career advancement.
