We are seeking a client-focused and detail-driven Remote Client Experience Coordinator to support customers through a dedicated advisor-led service this role you will partner closely with assigned advisors to ensure clients receive timely communication organized coordination and a seamless experience from initial inquiry through completion.

What Youll Do:
- Serve as a support liaison for clients working with their assigned advisor
- Respond to inquiries with accurate timely and professional communication
- Coordinate scheduling confirmations and follow-ups
- Track and update client records to ensure accuracy and organization
- Proactively identify gaps in communication and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support advisors in maintaining a high-quality consistent client experience
- Must be a citizen of the US Uk Australia Spain and LATAM
