JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Registered Nurse - Free-Standing Emergency Department

RN - FSED

Full-Time

Registered Nurse candidates for the Free-Standing Emergency Department will have the following job responsibilities:

  • To provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process and maintaining compliance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act. The provision of this care is to be conducted in a collaborative manner with all members of the healthcare team in order to deliver quality care and the best possible patient outcome.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse - Free-Standing Emergency Department

RN - FSED

Full-Time

Registered Nurse candidates for the Free-Standing Emergency Department must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

  • 3 years of recent (Within the last year) Acute Care ER RN experience.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited institution required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Current FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held in another state active FL RN compact license required within 90 days of hire. Advanced Nurse Practitioner license acceptable
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification required within 30 days
