Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst you will be involved endtoend in highimpact M&A engagements contributing to both execution and origination particular you will:

• Deep dive into deal fundamentals assessing key value drivers financial statement dynamics business risks and the strategic rationale underlying M&A transactions;
• Develop compelling client materials including pitch decks and presentations translating complex analyses into clear messages and a strong equity story;
• Support transaction screening and investor mapping analyzing potential deal opportunities within the market identifying relevant comparables and profiling prospective investors and strategic counterparts;
• Stay on top of market and regulatory evolution building a practical understanding of applicable frameworks best practices and emerging trends that shape deal processes and outcomes;
• Build and refine financial models in Excel using robust assumptions scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support valuation business planning and deal decisionmaking;
• Conduct market analysis combining desk research with structured insights on market size growth competitive dynamics and strategic positioning;
• Provide technical guidance to junior colleagues reviewing outputs helping structure analyses and ensuring deliverables are ready for projectlead review with high quality and consistency.

• Solid M&A / corporate finance foundation: proven experience in transaction advisory M&A investment banking corporate development or related environments;
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills: high confidence in Excel-based modeling accounting-driven analysis and translating data into insights (e.g. value drivers risks and performance trends);
• Outstanding communication skills: the ability to craft crisp narratives and clientready presentations simplifying complexity without losing accuracy;
• Market and transaction curiosity: comfort exploring industries competitive landscapes and investor logic to inform transaction hypotheses;
• Quality focus and reliability under pressure: attention to detail ability to manage multiple workstreams and ownership of deliverables and deadlines;
• Team leadership at your level: a natural inclination to coach review and elevate junior team members work building a supportive and highperforming environment;
• Professional presence: confidence interacting with internal leadership and clients contributing to discussions with clear structured thinking.
• A good knowledge of the Office suite and the English language as well as familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools.
