You will lead product analytics and experimentation for the Zable app serving over 1 million users. By driving the end-to-end A/B testing lifecycle and building predictive models in Python youll act as a strategic partner to leadership translating complex behavioral data into actionable insights that define the future of consumer finance.

What you will do:

• Own the end-to-end experimentation lifecycle for the Zable app establishing rigorous statistical standards and A/B testing frameworks to optimize user experience.

• Develop predictive models for churn risk and uplift modeling using Python to proactively inform product strategy and customer lifecycle management.

• Partner directly with Product and Engineering leadership to embed data-driven decision-making into the daily workflow and define key performance metrics.

The ideal candidate:

• 5 years of experience in data analytics within a high-growth tech environment featuring high proficiency in SQL and daily hands-on coding in Python.

• Deep expertise in experimentation frameworks including causal inference and hypothesis testing with a proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured insights.

• Strong technical background in data modeling and transformation specifically with experience using dbt to maintain scalable reporting infrastructure.
