Visual Designer
Job Summary
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics a passion for storytelling through visuals and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling designs across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will:
- Own Off Page and Campaign Design Execution across: LinkedIn Meta YouTube Reddit G2Capterra and other listing sites
- Create digital marketing materials for display ad campaigns email marketing and downloadable assets
- Create templates for AI driven content visualization thumbnails motion ready static assets
- Collaborate with internal team and freelancers to ensure visual alignment with brand guidelines
- Standardize design formats and contribute to evolving brand manual
- Maintain typography layout and color consistency aligned with brand strategy
- Use AI tools to accelerate concept generation visual exploration and production
- Partner with Demand Gen and Product Marketing to support fast campaign rollouts
- Ensure production ready files are optimized for digital performance
Required Qualifications
The candidate should have:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field or equivalent experience
- 2 to 4 plus years of digital design experience preferably in SaaS
- Proven experience designing for LinkedIn campaigns paid ads and digital growth marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign design digital branding and scalable template systems
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Figma After Effects (preferred)
- Experience with motion ready assets and basic animation workflows
- Working knowledge of AI design tools and comfort using LLM powered workflows
- Strong understanding of typography composition and digital performance design
