Intranet Content & Site Structure Summer employee (Automotive Business)
Are you a student with a passion for communication information management and logistics looking for a meaningful opportunity to build realworld experience This summer you can play an important role in shaping the future of SKF Automotives new global Supply Chain & Logistics intranet. At SKFs headquarters in Gothenburg you will join an international and collaborative environment and you will gain hands on experience working with content structures digital platforms and cross functional collaboration. You will help ensure that important information used by employees across the world is clear accessible and ready for the future.

Key responsibilities
As part of our Supply Chain & Logistics team you will help secure a smooth and high quality transition to our new global responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and mapping existing content across current platforms (such as SharePoint and Team Sites). Copying recreating and updating documents to ensure compliance and prevent loss of information.
- Supporting the development of a logical and user friendly structure and navigation.
- Coordinating with Supply Chain & Logistics teams and cross functional partners as well as documenting suggested content structures ownership models and update routines.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is currently studying communication logistics business information management or a similar field.
- Is detailoriented structured and comfortable handling large quantities of content with accuracy.
- Enjoys coordinating with stakeholders gathering input and summarizing information clearly.
- Has a basic familiarity with the systems SharePoint Teams and Microsoft365.
- Has proficient communication skills in English.
- Is available to work 68 weeks during the summer.
It is also an advantage if you have:
- Previous summer work experience at SKF
- Has a basic familiarity or experience with AI or content creation.
Some additional information
This position is located in Gothenburg (Sweden) and is a temporary position during the summer.
