Service Manager NordicBaltic (mfd)

Your Mission

• Oversee all service-related requestsin the Nordic & Baltic region and ensure that tailored high-quality service solutions are designed and delivered to our customers.
• Lead and developa multinational Service Team fostering a strong service culture driving performance and ensuring continuous growth and empowerment.
• Act as the main point of contactfor escalated service cases and serve as the key interface between customers and the central Service organization toensure customer feedback is heard and acted upon contributing directly to the enhancement of our service portfolio and customer experience.
• Drive continuous improvementof service processes SLAs and KPIs in close collaboration with the Headquarter and other internal stakeholders.
• Own resource and budget planningand successfully translate the global service strategy into impactful regional actions.
• Shape and contribute to cross-functional projects such as the rollout of the Service Operating Model and the development of new digital service offerings.
• Ensure safety and compliance including proper risk assessments and adherence to all occupational health and safety standards for your team.

Your Talents

• You bring adegree in Engineering Economics or a comparable education ideally combined with experience in complex industrial equipment or manufacturing environments (Additive Manufacturing is a plus).
• You haveproven leadership experiencein a similar servicerelated role and excel at developing guiding and empowering teams.
• You excel atmanaging conflicting prioritiesin fastmoving environments and make sound decisions under pressure.
• You are skilled atbalancing customer expectationswith operational realities and building strong trustbased client relationships.
• You bring stronganalytical strategic operational and financial management capabilitieswith a continuousimprovement mindset.
• You are fluent inEnglish(Swedish is a strong advantage) and willing to travel (approx. 30%)
