Être alternant chez ATR cest être intégré au sein dune équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre dintervention et des responsabilités.

Descriptif des missions proposées:

Spécification moyens/outillage dessais au sol en chaine finale dassemblage
- Création et/ou mise à jour des spécifications outillages
- Réalisation de cahier de recette
- Suivi de la validation/qualification des outillages sur avion.
Préparation de la maintenance des moyens dessais utilisés au sol en production:
- Intégration en maintenance et dans loutil de GMAO
- Planification et plan dentretien
- Gamme de vérification préventive
Support et suivi des moyens dessais
- Gestion des aléas
- Suivi de la maintenance curative/corrective.
Analyse AMDEC et des indicateurs de maintenance
- Analyse des pannes
- Mise à jour des méthodes et des gammes de travail
- Mise à jour du plan dentretien
- Amélioration de la conception outillage
Amélioration des process existants:
- Création mise à jour de la documentation
Pilotage de léquipe en charge de la maintenance des moyens dessais
- Réunion périodique
- Gestion et suivi des coût de maintenance
Suivi du budget OPEX/CAPEX

BTS Maintenance des Système de production Masterclasses Filière Aéronautique Lycée Airbus ou équivalent
Connaissances en électrotechnique instrumentation métrologie et informatique
Persévérance. Esprit déquipe. Appétence pour linnovation et les nouvelles technologies. Intéressé par lindustrie aéronautique
Français et Anglais

Detailed description of the mission :

Specification of ground test equipment/tooling for the final assembly line
- Creation and/or updating of tooling specifications
- Creation of test plan
- Monitoring of tooling validation/qualification on aircraft.
Preparation for the maintenance of ground test equipment used in production
- Integration into maintenance and the monitoring tool
- Maintenance plan / task planning
- Preventive check schedule
Support and monitoring of testing equipment
- Risk management
- Monitoring of corrective/curative maintenance.
Analysis FMEA and maintenance KPI
- Analysis of failures
- Updating of work methods and procedures
- Updating of the maintenance plan
- Improvement of tooling design
Improvement of existing processes
- Creation and updating of documentation

This apprenticeship is designed for you

BTS (Advanced Vocational Diploma) in Production Systems Maintenance Masterclasses in Aeronautics Airbus High School or equivalent
Knowledge of electrical engineering instrumentation metrology and computing
Perseverance. Team spirit. Aptitude for innovation and new technologies. Interested in the aeronautics industry.
French and English
