Job Summary

-Prepare and develop technical and financial proposals in line with client specifications.

-Create professional PowerPoint presentations with strong layout and visual accuracy.

-Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information data and documents.

-Review tender documents and extract key requirements deadlines and deliverables.

-Assist in translating documents (EnglishArabic) when needed.

-Maintain and update proposal templates formats and archives.

-Follow up on pending submissions and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

-13 years of experience in a similar Proposal Tendering or Bidding role.

-Bachelors degree in any related field.

-Strong proficiency in PowerPoint.

-Good to very good level of English (writing & reading) for preparing and translating documents.

-Ability to work under deadlines with flexible working hours.
