Overall Requirements:

Our operations Department is urgently looking for a Mechanical Assembler to perform various repair rework and assembly functions. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for the candidate to start as soon as possible!

Responsibilities:

Visually inspect PCBs for physical and/or other damage
Follow documented assembly procedures
Assemble and disassemble various products
Perform low level testing following documented procedures
Document all work performed using system tools
Understand and meet or exceed daily output requirements
Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices
Perform other job-related duties as required

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma

Additional Qualifications:

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Strong attention to detail is essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Ability to document clearly & concisely and follow written and verbal instructions is essential.
Ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely fashion.
Ability to listen and communicate with peers at all levels within the organization.
Ability to work overtime as required.
Health and Safety conscious.
Autonomous self-starter: can anticipate what needs to be done before being asked.
