Your responsibilities

Timely and comprehensive settlement of claims arising from road sea and air transport.
Gathering documentation to determine liability for the incident.
Correspondence in English.
Analysis of the collected documentation and preparation of decisions to pay or refuse compensation.
Conducting recourse proceedings against entities responsible for the damage.
Ongoing contact with customers and DSV units.

Our requirements

You have a very good command of English.
You are proficient in MS Office.
You are able to make decisions independently and have highly developed communication skills.
You are able to work under time pressure.

Nice to have

Experience in insurance logistics or customer service
Knowledge of Spanish and/or French would be an asset
