Crew Member

Position Overview:

We are seeking for reliable and motivated team members to join our McDonalds crew. Preferably Experience but also willing to train new Candidates. We are hiring for breakfast Lunch and Night shifts. Candidates must have open availability and be able to work weekends (Friday Saturday and Sunday).

Available shifts:

• Breakfast shift: Early morning to mid-day.
  
• Lunch shift: Mid-day to afternoon.
• Night shift: Evening to late night.

Job Responsibilities:

In addition to following McDonalds policies and procedures this role is vital in the restaurant because youll:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and serve food accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas.
  
• work apart of a team to meet storegoals

• Lead the experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves

• Have a side of smile: Help guests order their favorite McDonalds menu items and/or make menu recommendations

• Focus on the food: Prepare and present delicious food

• Ensure a memorable visit: Help maintain a welcoming friendly and clean restaurant environment

• Understand that teamwork is key: Work hand in hand with your team to meet goals and most importantly have fun!
