About K&A:
K&A Appliance has been family owned since 1976. Buying predominately new but scratch and dent appliances from various manufacturers & selling them on both wholesale & retail levels K&A has recently been experiencing rapid growth & success in the scratch & dent appliance industry.
Responsibilities Duties & Description of Work:
- Up to 5 Days a week mostly Monday through Friday
- Typical working hours between 7am (or 9am) & 5:30pm
- Make your own hours for long hauls
- Full-Time & Salary positions 40 to 50 hours per week
- Home every day
- Maximum distance rarely over 4.5 hours away
- EZ Pass
- Drop & Hook plus some live loads
- No touch loads our commercial drivers do not load/unload
- No hazardous hauling
- Some local deliveries
- Transport tractors/trailers for maintenance work or cleanings
- All tractors & trailers are very clean and are well maintained
- Closed Sundays & 6 major holidays
- Working 40 to 50 hours per week as needed
- Weekly payroll direct deposited
- After 3 months qualify for 2 weeks of paid time off (earned throughout the full year) & holiday pay
- After 3 months qualify to participate in company 401k plan with a company match up to 5%
- (No Health Insurance is provided at this time)
- Class A CDL
- 10 years tractor trailer experience
- No major violation in the last 3 years
