Join LightWork AI to lead enterprise sales for Felicity an autonomous AI assistant revolutionizing the UK property market. You will drive high-value partnerships define revenue strategies and manage complex sales cycles. This is a high-impact role with a clear structured pathway to becoming Head of Sales in a rapidly scaling PropTech leader.

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with major enterprise clients and partners within the UK property and lettings sector.

  • Lead and mentor a growing team of sales professionals driving continuous improvement in CRM methodologies and internal sales processes.

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years of senior B2B sales experience specifically within PropTech real estate or high-growth AI SaaS environments.

  • Proven track record of successfully navigating complex high-value enterprise sales cycles and achieving consistent revenue growth in competitive markets.

  • Ambitious leader with strong analytical skills and a bachelors degree who is ready to transition into a Head of Sales role.
