Service Advisor Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized customer-focused Service Advisor Assistant to support our service team. This role is critical to keeping communication clear schedules tight and customers informed throughout their service experience.
If youre confident on the phone comfortable on a computer and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball we want to talk to you.
What Youll Do:
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls
Assist with light scheduling of service appointments
Provide consistent updates to customers on vehicle status
Communicate clearly between technicians advisors and customers
Contact warranty companies for claim approvals and documentation
Enter and update information accurately in service software systems
Support service advisors with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience at all times
What Were Looking For:
Strong phone presence and confident communication skills
Excellent organization and follow-through
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency (CRM/DMS experience a plus)
Professional attitude and team-first mindset
Prior automotive or service department experience is a bonus but not required
