What Youll Do
As an HVAC Applied Chiller Technician at CCI youll take the lead on diagnosing servicing and overhauling centrifugal and aircooled chillers. Youll represent the CCI brand directly with customers ensuring exceptional service and reliable system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot repair and overhaul chillers pumps and cooling towers.
- Support HVAC service needs for commercial and industrial facilities.
- Build strong professional relationships with customers and facility representatives.
- Perform routine maintenance on chillers towers pumps and airhandling equipment.
- Use advanced tools technologies and engineering specifications to diagnose issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by accurately identifying and resolving equipment problems.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in HVAC preferred.
- 510 years of HVAC facility maintenance experience.
- EPA Universal CFC certification (required).
- UA Journeyman card is a plus.
- Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules manuals and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with BAS systems and energy management controls.
- Knowledge of centrifugal chillers and broad HVAC/mechanical systems.
- Strong organization and timemanagement skills.
- Valid U.S. drivers license with ability to operate a company vehicle.
Physical Requirements
This role requires regular standing walking climbing kneeling and lifting equipment up to 75 lbs. Vision abilities must include close distance color and depth perception.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
