About the Role:

As a Working Supervisor at ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson you will play a pivotal role in leading our dedicated cleaning teams to deliver exceptional service. Join us in creating clean safe and welcoming environments for our clients in Jackson MS.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure quality standards are met.
Lead train and mentor team members to achieve optimal performance.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain cleanliness and safety.
Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to team members.
Implement best practices for cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Support the branch manager in achieving operational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
