We are Paack a last-mile logistics company founded in 2015. Since then we have been experiencing strong growth in the Iberian market.
We were born with the idea of building an advanced tech-delivery platform to ensure more optimised automated and robotised operating processes.

About the Job
The Commercial Team is made up of dynamic and ambitious people. We enjoy working with high technical quality and facing new challenges. That is why we are looking for a new colleague who is eager to take responsibility for his/her own projects and bring them to fruition.
For the position of Account Executive we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and feels comfortable in changing environments. Someone eager to improve his/her sales skills in a company with a complex sales cycle that includes many stakeholders and details.
The main functions would be:
Drive new revenue by identifying qualifying and closing deals with Portuguese logistics players retailers and ecommerce brands.
Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed deal and live rollout.
Develop new business opportunities analysing customer needs until an economic proposal is presented.
Cooperate closely with Ops Finance Legal and Product teams for the launch and onboarding of new accounts.
Build repeatable outbound motion: segment mapping stakeholder targeting direct access to decision-makers.
Manage an assigned client portfolio building loyalty and improving the commercial relationship (upselling).
Keep the CRM updated.
Who are we looking for
Someone who has:
Experience generating pipeline through outbound motions: calling emailing sequencing automation social selling.
Ideally owned or contributed to full end-to-end sales cycles.
Fluency in CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot: reporting dashboards sequences forecasting & deal hygiene.
Worked with lead-gen & enrichment tools like Genesy AI Apollo ZoomInfo Lusha Clay Outreach Lemlist or similar.
Ability to work autonomously: you can own a region end-to-end unblock problems think like an operator and get things done.
University degree.
Native level of Portuguese and if you also speak Spanish it would be highly valued.
Ability to negotiate and manage documentation in English
Good command of the MS Office suite.
Good sales communication and negotiation skills.
Customer and results-oriented.
Ability to thrive in dynamic and changing environments.
Previous experience in last-mile logistics for the retail sector is a plus.
