Key Responsibilities
- Conduct architectural and structural inspections on-site
- Verify compliance with building codes standards and project specifications
- Prepare inspection reports and identify non-conformances
- Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors
- Maintain compliance documentation and audit trails
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- 5 years in architectural inspection or construction quality assurance
- Proven experience on large infrastructure projects (airports transportation or similar)
- Professional Architecture License preferred
- Strong knowledge of building codes and standards
- Proficiency in CAD and project management tools
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Preferably based in Dumaguete or open to relocating.
