Key responsibilities include:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across KS4KS5.
Prepare students for GCSE and A Level examinations.
Monitor and track student progress implementing interventions as needed.
Contribute to curriculum planning departmental resources and assessment strategies.
Support enrichment opportunities such as enterprise initiatives or business competitions.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Degree in Business Economics or related discipline.
Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with exam board specifications.
