Sales Administrator/ Business Development Coordinator Role Summary:


Responsibilities will be tosupport theon-goinggrowthdevelopmentandexpansionofnew andexistingFull ServiceandFinanceLeaseandContract Maintenancebusinessthrough on-goingprocess management andimprovement along withcross functional interactionswithLeaseSales Accounting MaintenanceAffiliated essential and specificresponsibilities for this position are outlined below.

SalesAdministrator/BusinessDevelopment Coordinator Essential Responsibilities:
Support Lease Saleson allnew orrenewalopportunitiestoensure that thebusinessesandcustomersneeds aremetprocesscycle-timesarereducedandnew orreplacementvehiclesarriveand are placed In-Serviceas planned and/orpriorto existingcontractexpiration.
Work closely with LeaseSalesPacLease Affiliated Dealerships AccountingServiceFacilities andimprove productivity across all business processes.
Support Lease Sales AccountingService Facilitiesas well ascultivate our current customer base ofFullServiceLease andContractMaintenanceCustomers to generate new businessfrom within.
Consistentlyreview andimproveLease Sales effectiveness and efficienciesby improving currentLease and Contract Maintenance Sales processes and procedures.

SalesAdministrator Business/Development CoordinatorSpecific Responsibilities:
Manageday-to-daySales process and Procedures tomaximize departmental/overall businessgoalsobjectivesandcustomersatisfaction.
Effectively manageand supporton-goingdepartmentalinter-company andcustomer relations.
Supportinternalexternaland cross-functionaldepartment efforts as they relate to FullServiceandFinance Leases andContractMaintenanceinitiatives.
Identifyand communicate opportunitiesfor growthwithincurrentcustomer base.
Perform other tasks as assigned

SalesAdministrator/BusinessDevelopment CoordinatorQualifications/Requirements:
BachelorsDegree or equivalent work experience
Effective oral and written communication skills
Minimum of 5 yearsFull Service or Finance Leaseexperience within the Trucking/Transportation Industry or a related industry
Self-starter with the highest degree of energy self-confidenceintegrityand the ability to perform well with-out daily supervision
Ability to successfullycommunicate with allmanagement levels
Ability to work in a variety of situations meet deadlines and be flexible in working on multiple tasks simultaneously
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Exceptional Customer ServiceSkills
Proven ability tomeet andexceed annual/quarterly/monthlygoalsandobjectives
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office
Travel ispossible
