What youll do
- Support the development and execution of Makes ecosystem strategy through research data analysis and identifying trends and opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with teams such as Sales Marketing and Operations to keep ecosystem initiatives aligned and moving
- Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead an independent project from design to delivery and present outcomes to the team
- Support initiatives that bring more data AI and automation into Marketing and the Ecosystem function
What we are looking for
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business Administration or a related field
- Tech-savvy and analytical comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally some exposure to reports dashboards databases or structured data work
- Strong written and spoken English
- Proactive detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who contributes ideas challenges the status quo and asks the right questions
- Interest in sustainability and automation is a plus

- How ecosystem strategy is shaped and executed in a global SaaS company
- How to turn data into decisions through reporting dashboards and stakeholder communication
- Cross-functional execution skills across Marketing Sales and Operations
Office:
Celonis office (used by Make) in Madrid.
