Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to be part of a highly trained and professional team that contributes strongly to the daily analysis of indicators and parameters to ensure quality in the process through root cause analysis of deviations eradication of losses for defects within optimal parameters and conditions.
The position is based in Mexicali factory Mexico; reporting to WCM & Quality Manager.
You must be able to work different shifts.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As Quality Assurance Engineer you will:
- Achieve predefined works plan related quality standards.
- Execute barrier equipment calibration.
- Lead improvement teams
- Provide trainings and develop newcomers.
- Build daily prioritization base on production needs and current situation.
- Support pillar in terms of KPIs/Targets achievements
- Support pillar in terms of KAIs (Key Activity Indicator) execution
- Support in Internal claims analysis
- Ensure proper statistical analysis applications.
We believe you have
- You must be able to work different shifts.
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related career.
- Intermediate English language.
- 1-2 years of experience complete statistical analysis to find tendencies.
- Nice to have knowledge in CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines)
- Usage and control of measure equipment
- Responsible teamwork collaboration continuous improvement mindset.
