Descriptif des missions proposées
Au sein du service Lean et du département des Opérations de la FAL participera activement à limplémentation de méthodologies et/ ou concepts Lean et amélioration continue essentiellement pour la production ATR.
Activités:
Gérer divers projets damélioration visant à consolider les objectifs industriels de la FAL (coût délai qualité sécurité environnement) liés aux Roadmap des différentes Unités de production
Participer animer divers chantiers Lean (5S Kaizen WS Mangement Visuel )
Participer animer présenter divers sujets damélioration lors des réunions Lean auprès des responsables dUnité et responsables de lignes
Être force de proposition dans la résolution de problèmes et dans linitiation de nouvelles opportunités
Cette alternance est faite pour vous:
- Vous préparez un Bac5 dans lindustrie production
- Vous avez des notions doutils LEANS tels que Diagramme de Gantt 5S 8 gaspillage VSM
- Vous maîtrisez le Pack OFFICE
- Vous avez lesprit déquipe de coopération et êtes bon communicant

Detailed description of the mission
Within the Lean service and the FAL Operations department will actively participate in the implementation of Lean methodologies and/or concepts and continuous improvement mainly for ATR production.
Manage various improvement projects aimed at consolidating the FALs industrial objectives (cost time quality safety environment) linked to the roadmaps of the different production units.
Participate in and lead various Lean initiatives (5S Kaizen WS Visual Management etc.).
Participate in lead and present various improvement topics during Lean meetings with Unit and Line Managers.
Proactively propose solutions to problems and initiate new opportunities.
This apprenticeship is designed for you
You are pursuing a Masters degree (Bac5) in industry or production.
You have some knowledge of Lean tools such as Gantt charts 5S the Eight Wastes methodology and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
You are a team player collaborative and an excellent communicator.
