The Senior Facility Specialist supports facility operations including shipping/receiving signage installation event setup shred bin swaps box moves and restocking of meeting spaces.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage deliveries and loading dock operations; follow OSHA safety standards.
- Install signage and set/reset conference/training rooms for events.
- Perform shred bin swaps and box moves within required timelines.
- Restock meeting spaces and maintain cleanliness and seating arrangements.
- Print laminate and hang signage as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities or logistics operations.
- OSHA Safety Training (required).
- Forklift Certification (preferred).
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
