Job Summary
The Compliance Rover is responsible for maintaining community standards safety and compliance across all property amenities and common areas. This position requires regular patrols attention to detail professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
Primary Duties:
- Patrol the golf course to ensure all players have proper authorization and are in compliance with community rules and policies.
- Conduct routine inspections of all amenity areas to ensure compliance with established regulations.
- Enforce community rules and policies in a fair consistent and professional manner when necessary.
- Inspect all three satellite pools ensuring:
- Trash bins are emptied as needed
- Grills are turned off and safely secured
- Pool areas are clean safe and compliant
- Monitor street parking after 10:00 PM and place violation notices on vehicles parked in violation of community regulations.
- Maintain a visible presence at the restaurant/bar and demonstrate the ability and confidence to de-escalate and diffuse hostile or confrontational situations calmly and professionally.
- Identify and report non-functioning street lights or other safety-related maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Document incidents violations and maintenance concerns accurately and submit reports as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents guests and staff
- Confidence and training (or willingness to train) in conflict de-escalation
- Ability to work independently and remain alert during patrols
- Professional demeanor and sound judgment at all times
