As Head of Amazon UK&I you will lead the Amazon strategy across our Consumer Beauty and Prestige portfolios accelerating growth elevating visibility and driving operational excellence. This is a highly strategic role at the heart of Cotys digital acceleration shaping our presence in one of the worlds most dynamic ecommerce environments.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE ENABLE INNOVATE!

As our Amazon Lead you will develop and execute the full UK&I Amazon strategy delivering sustainable revenue profitability brand elevation and flawless operational execution. You will collaborate closely with PanEU partners local crossfunctional teams and Amazon stakeholders to unlock marketplace growth and deliver omnichannel impact across our brands.

You will be reporting to the UK&I Sales Leadership Team and you will manage:

1 - Marketplace Strategy Growth & Optimization

• Shape and own the Amazon strategy to unlock bold sustainable growth.
• Build influential relationships with Amazon to accelerate performance.
• Spot highvalue opportunities and scale what drives real ROI.
• Lead the UK&I Amazon P&L with a sharp balance of ambition and margin.
• Turn key performance insights into decisive actions.

2 - Visibility Assortment Merchandising & Pricing

• Elevate brand visibility and desirability through powerful crossfunctional partnerships.
• Define an assortment and merchandising strategy that wins across categories.
• Lead pricing promotions and channelspecific innovation.
• Create bestinclass content that stands out and converts.

3 - Operational Excellence

• Optimise trade terms and lead impactful business reviews with Amazon.
• Keep forecasting tight and inventory healthy through strong crossfunctional alignment.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and minimise risk.
• Protect brand and channel integrity through disciplined marketplace governance.

4 - Financial Leadership

• Own the P&L and steer investment for maximum ROI.
• Make fast datadriven decisions on pricing forecasting and spend.
• Build strong financial plans in partnership with Finance.

5 - Team Leadership & CrossFunctional Collaboration

• Lead and inspire a highperforming ECommerce team.
• Bring UK&I European and Global partners together around a unified strategy.
• Champion creativity digital excellence and consumer obsession.
• Represent Coty with authority at key commercial and industry moments.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an experienced digital leader you bring deep Amazon expertise a strategic commercial mindset and the ability to scale complex digital businesses. You thrive in fastpaced matrix environments and combine strategic vision with operational rigour and resilience.

You bring:

• Deep ECommerce expertise with significant experience working with or for Amazon
• 10 to 15 years of experience working in FMCG or Beauty
• Proven success leading pureplayer strategies at regional or global scale
• Strong understanding of the digital beauty landscape with analytical consumercentric thinking
• Expertise in complex negotiations and full P&L ownership with evidence of ROI optimisation
• A collaborative ambitious and actionoriented leadership style
• Ability to navigate matrix structures and influence multimarket stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills to translate strategy into locally relevant actionable plans
