Senior Go-to-Market Sales Lead

Job Description:
As the founding GTM hire you will build Alaros revenue engine from scratch alongside the CEO. Youll own the end-to-end sales cyclefrom validating the ICP and generating outbound pipeline to closing lighthouse deals with mid-market PE firms. This is a high-impact role defining the playbook for a disruptor in the massive legal services market.

What you will do:
Define and validate the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) by identifying high-converting personas and entry points within investment funds and financial institutions.
Build a repeatable pipeline engine by standing up outbound sequences referral loops and partnership events to generate a consistent flow of qualified conversations.
Quarterback the full sales cycle leading discovery calls and progressing complex multi-stakeholder deals through to close while documenting objection handling and pricing strategies.
The ideal candidate:
Proven 01 GTM track record: You have successfully built pipeline and secured the first meaningful revenue or lighthouse customers in an ambiguous pre-playbook startup environment.
Consultative sales expertise: Extensive experience selling high-value services or software to sophisticated senior stakeholders such as General Counsel PE Partners or C-suite executives.
High-agency builder mindset: You possess the commercial instinct to translate market feedback into a scalable playbook maintaining high-quality outbound standards and CRM hygiene without needing external instruction.
