Requirements

Demonstrable experience as a mold technician in an industrial environment.
Solid knowledge of injection molds and plastic injection processes.
Experience in mold adjustment repair and maintenance.
Ability to interpret and work with technical drawings.
Experience in spare parts management and resource organization.
Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills.
Proactive continuousimprovementoriented profile organized tidy and with technical leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical training in mechanical manufacturing tooling or similar.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and CMMS.
Experience using lathe milling machine and welding tools.

Tasks

Organization of technical resources and planning of interventions.
Technical coordination and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of molds injection machines and auxiliary equipment.
Technical supervision of mold assembly and adjustments both in the workshop and during startup on the production floor.
Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues in the production process and in disassembled molds.
Proposing mold improvements and providing support in new product development projects or modifications of existing ones.
Management of spare parts components and consumables.
