Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

Shipment Creation in CW1 system
在 CW1 系统中创建装运单

SI /VGM E-manifest doc collection SI/VGM
电子舱单文档收集

Submit E-manifest
提交电子舱单

Input SI data into CWsent SI to carrier/Agent to confirm MB/L
将 SI 数据输入 CW将 SI 发送给承运人/代理以确认 MB/L

Security filing submission
提交安全备案

HB/L draft verification with supplier till HB/L OK
与供应商验证 HB/L 草稿直至 HB/L确认

Invoice title verificationNew org code application
发票标题验证新组织代码申请

ATD check and update in CW1
在 CW1 中检查和更新 ATD

DNO delivery
DNO 交付

Upload MBL into eDoc
