3rd Shift Position
Coordinate receiving of Bulk raw materials
Conduct quality inspection of material and record on forms.
Transport concentrates nylon and polystyrene from queue to machines. Record on log.
Transport molded parts to inventory queue and swap truck
Transport molded parts from queue to assembly
Transport empty containers from assembly to molding
Record information on bin travelers
Transport direct pass samples (all container types) to assembly
Collect and record direct pass tickets.
Operate 3 tray molding machines and auxiliary box and stacker. Conduct and record quality checks and production totals
Operate 2 pusher molding machines and auxiliary bagger. Conduct and record quality checks and production totals
Maintain trays pad printer and prepare ink.
Maintain Nylon and Delrin loader filters.
Conduct housekeeping on assigned machines and in loader room.
Accumulate weigh and record departmental scrap by type.
Prepare cardboard containers for recycling.
Place daily order with off-site warehouse for boxed material and molded parts
Conduct daily inventory of queue.
