Job Summary

Night shift schedule 5:30 pm - 2 am

This is how you WOW:

Enhance order accuracy delivery speed and tracking visibility
Streamline picking packing and shipping efficiency for a faster fulfillment process
Ensure on time delivery with the most cost effective measures
Leverage WMS and automation to improve efficiency
Support long term growth by ensuring our e- commerce fulfillment is scalable and cost efficient as well as customer focused
Monitor and address shipping performance and delays with carriers
Analyze fulfillment process to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
Utilize data to drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency
Prepare and present regular reports on fulfillment performance including key metrics related to order processing shipping times and inventory accuracy
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies implement improvements and develop long-term strategies for warehouse operations.
Ensure the warehouse is clean organized and efficient
Find creative solutions that deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and financially efficient

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

Bachelors degree in business Supply Chain Management or related field
A minimum of 4 years experience in ecommerce preferably in a warehouse/distribution center or logistics management
Experience with WMS (Korber) TMS and other supply chain systems preferred
Lean six sigma a plus
Ability to make independent decisions and to handle unexpected changes
Strong organizational skills including prioritizing tasks
Advanced analytical skills to improve processes
Clear and effective communication
Motivational spirit to lead a team delegate tasks and accomplish objectives

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with arms and hands.
Standing for 8 hours and frequent walking required.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles.
The noise level in the work environment is usually high proper protective equipment is required.
