These teams are in different phases of maturity and require targeted support in terms of teamwork collaboration between business and IT and further strengthening their agile way of working. Parallel to this is the SHIFT programme which aims to evolve into a STERKer client and to roll out the principles of agile and digital working across the entire organisation.
For this transformation client is looking for an external consultant who will guide and strengthen existing digital product teams in their operation and team dynamics with a clear focus on the support training and coaching of digital product owners. The consultant helps product owners grow in maturity strengthens their role in value creation prioritization and stakeholder management and supports them in functioning within a complex changing organizational context. This is done through targeted training focus sessions coaching intervision and the facilitation of joint learning and reflection moments.
In addition the consultant supports the further development of a learning organization by guiding and strengthening guilds and knowledge sharing initiatives so that insights and best practices are shared and embedded between product close cooperation with the SHIFT program the consultant contributes to the announcement and concretization of the SHIFT concepts within the organization. This translates into training information sessions collaboration and co-creation sessions that prepare employees for working in digital product teams and the broader agile organization of the future.
Finally the consultant supports the follow-up of change progress by capturing structuring and reporting insights from teams and sessions to the relevant programs and this way the assignment not only contributes to the maturity growth of existing digital product teams but also to a sustainable and scalable embedding of agile and digital working within client.
