Youll be instrumental in shaping our sales efforts ensuring clients experience the best service and guiding your team to consistently exceed expectations. With over 20 years of industry experience weve built a reputation for clear communication and effective teamwork.

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients managing lead intake via phone email and in-person inquiries.
Accurately document and maintain all client communications opportunities and project details within the CRM system.
Conduct onsite consultations to evaluate potential projects and develop design agreements for qualified prospects.
Lead design agreement meetings guiding clients through our process touring the design center and presenting and finalizing proposals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring a professional organized and positive experience from initial contact through project completion.
Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure smooth project transitions clear expectations and consistent communication.
Stay current on industry trends building codes and materials in order to provide informed value-driven recommendations to clients.

3 years of sales experience ideally in remodeling construction real estate or design.
Proficient with CRM platforms.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects.
Professional team-oriented and passionate about creating quality client experiences.
Ability to read architectural plans and specifications.
Valid drivers license for onsite consultations and site visits.
Understanding of the home remodeling process and materials is a plus
