Job Summary
MAB Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a highly experienced Authority Liaison Officer to join our supervision team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in coordinating with government authorities and regulatory bodies within the GCC region ensuring smooth approvals and compliance for major construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between the consultancy and all relevant government authorities in Saudi Arabia.
Manage and follow up on submissions approvals permits and NOCs.
Coordinate with municipalities civil defense utility providers and other regulatory entities.
Ensure full compliance with local regulations codes and authority requirements.
Support the supervision team in resolving authority-related issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and approvals.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
At least 5 years of experience within the GCC.
Minimum 2 years of experience with an engineering consultancy firm.
Strong knowledge of Saudi authority procedures and approval processes.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Must be available for immediate joining.
