We are searching for the best talent to join us as a Process Improvement Specialist in Schaffhausen Switzerland.
Purpose
We are looking for a motivated individual to support the successful introduction of new products in Optical Inspection. You will play a key role in coordinating projects and ensuring that every New Product Introduction (NPI) is smoothly integrated within our department. You will coordinate NPI activities manage project timelines and risks maintain documentation standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen inspection operations and site performance.

You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and executing New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to ensure smooth and timely integration of new products into the Optical Inspection department.
- Planning tracking and managing project timelines deliverables and risks for all NPIrelated initiatives.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives related to NPI processes workflows and documentation standards.
- Maintaining complete and accurate NPI documentation including change controls SOP updates and technical records.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent degree; a degree in Natural Sciences Engineering Information Technology Industrial Automation Data Analytics or Statistics is preferred. Whether you are looking for your first role in the industry or are ready to deepen the knowledge and skills gained through your initial professional experiences this is an excellent opportunity for you.
- Ideally you already bring some exposure to the pharmaceutical chemical manufacturing environment - for example through internships academic projects or work experience.
- You have an interest in or some initial experience working in a GMPregulated environment.
- Very good organizational and communication skills paired with a goaloriented cando mentality. Good skills in project coordination/ project management and working with different stakeholders are essential to succeed in this role.
- Good rootcause analysis and problemsolving skills.
- Results and performanceoriented mindset and drive to continuously improve processes and challenge the status quo.
- Fluency (spoken and written) in English and either knowledge of or willingness to learn German.
