As an Occupational Psychologist youll use your expertise to shape enhance and elevate human performance in a highstakes defence environment. Its a role with real purpose supporting the selection development resilience and wellbeing of military personnel who operate in some of the most challenging conditions.
This is a unique opportunity to apply evidencebased psychological principles across assessment coaching learning wellbeing and organisational development while collaborating closely with Ministry of Defence psychologists Defence scientific specialists and international partners. Youll be joining a growing capability in the Human Performance department with the scope to influence practice lead research projects and advance your own professional development.
Day-to-day your work will directly influence operational capability contribute to national security and support the careers and welfare of those who serve.
This role is full time 37.5 hours per week and is based on site at Ashchurch.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) / Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for this role. Must be British Nationals.
