Job Summary

Our church... is a non-denominational multi-site church with four St. Louis-area campuses where we gather each weekend to study this ancient story found in Scripture that is still transforming lives today. We believe church should be a place where believers in Jesus and skeptics can stand side-by-side to study truth and ask tough questions. We blend teaching and worship with art and technology to create a service where you can experience the message of Jesus in practical and life-changing ways.

Youth Summer Intern...is a full-time summer position is designed for anyone looking to be a part of YouthCrossing. YC Summer interns will get a chance to learn from an experienced Youth Pastor and serve alongside a dynamic team. There will be some manual labor some relational work some leadership opportunities and everything in-between. This position also provides opportunities for spiritual and personal growth as part of the summer internship. The summer internship runs from May 26 2026 through July 31 2026.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with all preparation needs for YouthCrossing nights
Plan and execute weekly YouthCrossing games and post-service fun
Participate on planning team and attend YC Summer Camp
Participate in fall semester planning meetings
Purchase all needed materials for games small groups and post-service events
Attend youth team meetings and trainings
Complete required reading and learning assignments

WERE LOOKING FOR

High school graduate
Strong work ethic energetic dependable and reliable
Trustworthy humble teachable
Ability to interact with all kinds of people in a consistent pleasant loving and helpful way
Good time-management skills

MUST HAVES FOR ALL STAFF AT THE CROSSING

Attend a service at one of The Crossing campuses on a weekly basis
Passionate about their relationship with God
Baptized after making the thoughtful decision to follow Christ
Regard the Bible as Gods final authority in all areas of Christian life and desire to be wholly obedient to it
Wholeheartedly affirm The Crossings Statement of Faith including our view on Baptism
Live a lifestyle consistent with scriptural principles
