Salary Range: $173400- $305100 (based on location) plus incentive opportunities

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or Agriculture or related field. Masters degree preferred.
11 plus years of experience in agricultural credit lending sales or compliance
6 plus years of experience in a formal leadership or supervisory role.
Valid Drivers license.
Comprehensive knowledge of lending sales marketing public relations and advocacy including regulatory requirements.
Strong understanding of agriculture and rural communities.
Exceptional communication interpersonal problem-solving and leadership skills.
Ability to lead at the highest organizational level drive results lead change and set strategic priorities.
Familiarity with the Farm Credit System and commitment to its mission.
Ability to travel frequently including overnight stays.
