**Job Summary:**
We are seeking friendly and self-motivated individuals for our Restaurant Support Staff position which includes server and buffet assistant duties. This role is part-time with the potential for full-time hours during the summer.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
- Clearing cleaning and resetting tables including removing dirty plates utensils and glassware.
- Preparing tables for new guests by arranging utensils napkins condiments and glassware.
- Refilling beverages like water coffee and tea and maintaining beverage stations.
- Supporting end-of-day clean-up tasks such as emptying trash sanitizing menus and restocking service areas.
- Responding to guest requests and communicating complaints or special needs to management.
- Assisting with event setups and rearranging tables and chairs for larger groups.
- Restocking and replenishing food and beverage items to keep the buffet well-stocked.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the buffet area including utensils and serving dishes.
- Assisting guests with inquiries or special requests to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Monitoring food levels and reporting needs to the chef.
- Setting up and breaking down the buffet as required.
**Qualifications:**
Desired skills include strong organizational skills excellent customer service and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
