What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and management by carrying out Allied Universal procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings common areas parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access control concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions unauthorized persons and/or security-related hazards; communicate observations to site contacts and follow post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including responding to alarms assisting with evacuations and coordinating with first responders as directed.
• Complete detailed reports on patrols incidents and daily activities; use site systems and/or logs to document observations and notify appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state county or city issued security license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
