As aCredit Controller I youll play a key role in maintaining the financial health of Thomson Reuters by managing a defined portfolio of accounts. Youll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding invoices apply credit policies consistently and support a seamless customer experience throughout the collections processall within a supportive hybrid work environment in Taguig City.

About the Role
In this opportunity as aCredit Controller I you will:

Collect and resolveoutstanding invoices from past-due accounts within an assigned portfolio (low- to medium-risk).
Ensure compliancewith all credit and collections policies procedures and timelines.
Communicate directlywith customers via preferred channels to negotiate payments set up payment plans and promote self-service options.
Investigate and resolvedelinquent accounts including documentation and coordination with dispute or support teams.
Maintain accurate recordsin financial systems and generate reports to track performance and support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teamssuch as Sales Support Customer Service and Accounts Receivable to resolve account issues.
Recommend process improvementsto enhance efficiency and effectiveness in collections practices.

About You
Youre a fit for the role ofCredit Controller Iif you have the following required qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections accounts receivable or a related finance function.
Experience in a BPO or shared services environment (Order-to-Cash customer-facing finance roles) is preferred.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) is a plus.
Willingness to work night shifts and operate in a hybrid setup based inTaguig City.

Additional preferred qualifications include:

Familiarity with credit risk assessment or service interruption processes.
Proactive mindset with ability to suggest and support implementation of process improvements.
