As the Commercial Data & Insights Lead you will own brand-level performance analysis to drive actionable growth. Sitting within the Commercial team youll bridge the gap between complex ecommerce data and strategic decision-making. You will proactively identify market opportunities manage brand data integrity and translate technical metrics into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.

What you will do:

• Own the end-to-end brand performance analysis across revenue margin and growth drivers to support Joint Business Plans and commercial negotiations.

• Partner with the Data team to co-own the brand data layer in Snowflake and dbt ensuring consistent metrics and rigorous data governance.

• Build and evolve sophisticated dashboards that translate complex acquisition and retention dynamics into clear decision-ready visualizations for brand partners.

The ideal candidate:

• 5 years of experience in commercial or brand-level analytics within the ecommerce retail or consumer goods sectors.

• Advanced proficiency in the modern data stack specifically SQL and dbt with a proven track record of maintaining high data integrity.

• Commercial thinker who understands margin mechanics and pricing strategy with the ability to translate technical analysis into persuasive business cases.
