We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our organization in London United this role you will lead our recruitment initiatives build high-performing teams and develop talent acquisition strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will be responsible for attracting sourcing and placing top talent across multiple departments while fostering a positive candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand.
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring needs and business objectives
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes including job analysis candidate sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiation
- Manage and mentor a recruitment team providing guidance performance feedback and professional development opportunities
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes and improve efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards social media professional networks and employee referrals
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications cultural fit and potential for success
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends optimize processes and report on key performance indicators
- Enhance employer branding initiatives and promote the organization as an employer of choice
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to support onboarding and integration of new hires
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition recruitment or related human resources functions
- Proven experience managing recruitment teams or leading recruitment projects
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software platforms
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and other recruitment tools
- Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment analytics
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret recruitment data
- Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives
- Knowledge of employment law compliance requirements and best practices in talent acquisition
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet hiring deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
