Tasks and Qualifications:

Tasks

• As aManagement Trainee (f/m/d) in Quality you will support thedevelopment and continuous improvement of KION Groups global quality processeswithin adynamic business and technology environment.

• Working closely withinternal stakeholders and external partners including start-ups you will build thefoundation for a future expert role in Global Quality Partnering. Throughhands-on involvement and mentoring you will gain insights intoquality governance partner evaluation and cross-functional collaboration.

• You will supportcustomer-focused quality improvement initiatives within ITS EMEA including theanalysis of field quality data.

• You will contribute toquality frameworks standards and best-practice sharingacrossITS EMEA and partner activities.

• You willmonitor quality performance and complianceby trackingKPIs OKRs and improvement actionsand supportquality-related activities with external partners and suppliers includingassessments and risk identification.

• You willcollaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersacrossbusiness technology and corporate functions.

• You willprepare analyses reports and presentations for management reviews and quality initiatives.

• You will buildpractical expertise in quality governance and partner quality managementthroughmentoring and real-case involvement.

Requirements

• Masters degreeinEngineering Quality Management or Business Administration with a strong technical focus.

• Strong interest in quality management continuous improvement and risk-based thinking combined with ananalytical mindsetand the ability toderive structured insights from data.

• High learning agility and conceptual thinking with the motivation todevelop quickly in a complex evolving and technology-driven environment.

• Structured and organized working style with the ability tomanage multiple tasksand preparehigh-quality analyses and presentationsin amatrix organization.

• Clear and professional communication skills enablingeffective collaboration with diverse internal stakeholdersandguided interaction with external partners.

• Collaborative proactive and improvement-oriented attitude with openness tofeedback mentoring and continuous professional development.

• First practical experience(e.g.internships working student roles thesis projects) inquality management engineering manufacturing supply chain process improvement data analysis or technology and innovation environmentsis anadvantage.

• Very good written and spoken English;German is an advantage.

• Strong motivation to work in an international matrix-driven organization.
