YOUR MISSION

Our Early Careers Booster is your fast track opportunity straight out of university to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced innovative environment. Youll work side-by-side with top industry professionals and get real responsibilities from day one shaping the future of Glovo while building essential skills in project management analytics strategy and stakeholder management.

Youll join one of our core business areas Marketing & Growth Q-Commerce Operations Finance Data Analytics or People based on your background and interests.
This is a full-time role based at our Barcelona HQ right in the heart of our biggest tech hub   so youre either already here or open to relocating. Youll need to be available to start full-time between May and September 2026.

THE JOURNEY

Youll be at the forefront of innovation and strategy development. Depending on the team youll join your responsibilities might range from:
 

• Q-Commerce Dive into the world of Quick Commerce and leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.

• Operations   Analyze operations and micro-fulfillment center (MFC) processes contributing to the seamless flow of goods.

• Growth Shape product offerings and customer experiences or specialize in Consumer Discounts Pricing and Customer Relationship Management.

• Finance Collaborate with our finance teams to measure and enhance performance across the board.

• People Understand how people processes and functions enhance overall business performance. 

• Data Analytics Uncover opportunities by looking and managing complex datasets

Qualifications :

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• You have completed your degree in the past 18 months with strong academic results or you will graduate in the next 6 months

• Your academic degree is in Marketing Business Administration Economics or / STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) or similar

• Analytical logical thinker with sharp problem-solving skills

• Data-driven Excel SQL Google Analytics dont scare you

• Can lead a project and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of e-commerce is a plus

• Excellent Communication Skills in English

• You are eligible to work in Spain

• You are available to start a full time permanent role between May and September 26
