Job Summary
Join our Commercial Finance team and help drive growth and profitability across Ecolabs Europe Healthcare business. Youll partner with key stakeholders deliver impactful financial insights and lead initiatives that support smarter faster decisionmaking.
How youll make an impact:
Provide commercial finance supportto sales finance and functions Europe Healthcare business
Lead initiatives to improve market growth and profitability:Revenue and innovation growth pricing tracking gross margin improvement actions and management reporting
Communicate and influenceacross business partners
Drive special projects process improvement and analysis for wider division as required (especially in the area of commercial finance)
Qualifications:
Ability to think out of the box and internal drive to challenge status quo in a professional and constructive manner
Drive-the-change attitude with high focus on simplifying and improving way you work
Team player attitude supportive and collaborative
A self-motivated and high energy individual that thrives in an environment characterized by growth change and opportunity
Ability to work cross functionally driving understanding of financial decisions and impacts with non-finance stakeholders
Work experience in commercial finance forecasting planning or financial management reporting in a multinational company
Understanding of the business decisions effect on financial performance and accounting processes
Masters degree in Finance/Accounting. If undergraduate studies are not in Finance an accounting certification in progress or completed would be a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis
English fluency mandatory and strong communication skills.
